Although some carp that it's outdated and overpriced, Le Bouchon is still a mainstay among Shanghai's French contingent. The menu consists of largely traditional fare like steak tartare, escargots. Be sure to come with an empty stomach. Portions are generous and dinner comes with heaping tub of pate de campagne.
