Yoga Shala has four classrooms named "Wind," "Forest," "Fire," and "Mountain," decorated in colors corresponding to their names: teal, green, pink and gray. At the Shala you will find some of the more challenging Yoga classes in Shanghai. Rejuvenating body treatments are also available.
