The first club of the Muse group, Shanghai's current, many-armed overlord of nightlife, is a staple of the Shanghai clubbing scene. It's an events-based club, with a smattering of international DJs on the weekends, and the crowd trends towards young, beautiful, and locals with a splash of foreigners. Hip-hop dominates the first floor; upstairs is more of a mixed bag.

Mash-up + Hip Hop

DJ Big One hits the decks at Muse on Wednesday nights with his Hip Hop and Mash-up tunes gracing our eardrums. A two-time DMC China DJ and part of the Lab Crew, Big One is the first DJ of China to have remixes sold on AV8 - sharing his music around the world. Muse has him on lock down from 9pm till late.
