F.C.C. -- the "Foreign Correspondents Club" -- is also known as Club Vietnam, which hints a bit more at its direction. It's a lovely and sprawling old villa that made a splash with its upscale, modern interpretations of Vietnamese dishes when it opened a few years ago, but has since slipped into mediocrity and become marginalized. Nice terrace, though.
