Next door to Shanghai's Sculpture Space, Beca is a cafe/restaurant with lovely exposed brick and a standard Mediterranean menu.

I went to Bca a lot of times as I was working in the area for the last six months.
Food is okay, but service is really poor : i have been waiting many times more than half an hour for a simple sandwich!
Staff is kind but really not aware of customers' needs, they often forget ordres, they can not brin thre plates in the same time, we got the dish with 15mn gap between each others... Usefull, but not really recommended to have a relax and romantic evening!
