Went here yesterday for the first time with a friend and her brother, who was kind enough to foot the bill, which is why I rated value for money somewhere in the middle...it wasn't my money, yo. Our waitress was nice enough and good enough, and even brought us ice water with ice along with some Hoegaartens, a nice cappucino and some lemon ice tea. With lemon. My friend and her bro shared a plate of their wings, which were good (though the bleu cheese dipping sauce was watery) even though I only tried one because I am unable to successfully eat chicken wings. For mains we ordered the burger (with everything, which included chili, cheese and an egg), the chicken breast sandwich (with avocado and bacon, yaaayy!) and the salad nicoise, which almost got it right except for the missing potato element. The bill, including the 3 beers, came to RMB415. Not sure what Amokka's dinner is like, but it is recommended by me for lunch. Also it's hard to beat Anfu Lu for location these days. If, like me, you enjoy yuppie western food in gentrified bliss, that street is da man.
