The general agreement is that Simply Thai is just okay. Slightly pricey, the food tastes average, looks average, and is sized average. Service is slow and not particularly helpful. Admittedly, the good experiences at Simply Thai outnumber the bad, so it is worth a shot-- the result ultimately depends on the kind of day they're having.

Went today to try out the 10RMB/dish. Food served quickly but presentation was horrid, spring rolls were served with the sauce in the to-go container, when asked the server to give us the sauce in the regular wooden container, he said he CAN'T, then the manager LIED and said they didn't have enough wooden container. Later return with TWO wooden containers of sauce.
Expensive Thai food should come with MUCH better trained staff that doesn't lie to customers, period.

The weather is great for some outdoor dining. Xian tian di offers some of the busiest walking traffic. Alittle subtle is the patio at Simply Thai.Everything was like it always is here. Good. Now with some well done lunch sets the value is just as good.
