Organic hot pot with ingredients that go from "farm to table", as their motto goes. Qimin's upscale all the way around, in its Deco villa, sedate atmosphere, high-end ingredients, and vaguely Japanese atmosphere. It's quite modern, and certainly unique in Shanghai. As you might expect, prices are on the high side.
