Located in a 19th century garden house, "the Kitchen at" is a school offering Chinese and Western cooking classes, wine education and party services. Founder & Executive Chef Norris Chen teaches "Kitchen Exclusive" recipes that avoid additives and other unnatural ingredients. There's also a dining lounge where students can (hopefully) enjoy their creations.
