Editor's Description
Located in a 19th century garden house, The Kitchen is a school offering Chinese and Western cooking classes, wine education and party services. Founder & Executive Chef Norris Chen teaches "Kitchen Exclusive" recipes that avoid additives and other unnatural ingredients. The Kitchen also has a dining lounge where students can (hopefully) enjoy their creations.
