Kuluska is one of the hubs of Shanghai's large and jovial Spanish community, serving as their Jing'an outpost for tapas and drinks. It's located inside the Kangding Lu bar / restaurant street, and they actually have two separate spaces in that area -- one is a restaurant, and towards the back is a minimalist private room, suitable for larger parties. Catering to the Spanish style, Kuluska does small dishes, snacks, tapas, along with drinks. Wednesday is their most busy night, and a great party, when the prices dip down and Shanghai expats swarms in to have a good time on the cheap.
