Incredible views. All Chinese crowd that likes to smoke cigarettes and cigars on rooftop. The first and second floors could be mistaken for a furniture showroom. Very brightly lit. Rooftop had more romantic ambiance and was much darker.

Service was poor. Draft Carlsberg (.5L) for 58. Came quickly. One of the few places I've seen that offers draft beer in various sizes (small included). I ordered stuffed bell-peppers for 88; most things on the menu average 128 rmb. There's some chef's choice seafood platter that went for 588 I believe. I waited a long time for those two bell-peppers. The taste lacked texture. Considering the size and cost, it looks like to get a full meal at this place you will need to spend (minimum) 350 per person.

I also ordered a Greek orange cake for 38 rmb. It tasted like a slice of orange flavored pound cake reminiscent of a low-end coffee shop. It was littered with a few canned fruit pieces, a token merino cherry and covered with overly sweet strawberry syrup.

I suspect that this a place where the food doesn't so much matter as it is for the views, the romantic rooftop and spending freely.
