The younger, streamlined brother of Pudong's House of Flour. C's Cafe is a quality and value-minded cafe with an emphasis on desserts, sandwiches/salads, and coffee, from erstwhile five-star hotel pastry chef Brian Tan. Tan jettisons luxury in favor of affordable and delicious chocolate cakes, homemade jams, and custom-blended coffee. Good stuff.
