One Percent is a restaurant-slash-bar whose main premise is the possibility that you might get your pan-Western meal of beef pizzetta, red snapper, or spaghetti carbonara for free. Every night, they write a number, from 1 to 100, on the blackboard and before you pay the bill, you draw from their numbered tokens. If your number matches, you eat free.
