Split into two floors, Racks is a pool hall and lounge in a renovated factory-type space -- exposed concrete and air con systems -- and is comprised of four areas or so: a main area with the bar, three pool tables, and couch seating; a smaller lounge area with it's own pool table; an upstairs bar, another pool table, and table seating, and a small patio area at the roof. Free pool on nice new tables (during their soft opening period, until the end of November). Prices overall are mid-range to low.
