A Japanese tapas bar? A Spanish izakaya? Call it whatever you will, Ohana is the meeting of two chefs’ minds from two completely different culinary traditions: Willy Trullas Moreno and Saito Yoshitaka. The resulting menu is a hybrid of experimentation and tradition from both of their countries. Think tofu that looks like flan, Japanese style patatas bravas and other, as Willy would say, "sexy" Japanese-Spanish fusion.
