From the owners of The Apartment, The Food Central spans two floors on Anfu Lu. The first floor is a retail shop selling salads, sandwiches, and imported food items. Upstairs is a contemporary bistro restaurant featuring various cooking "stations" preparing Asian-themed foods like Cali-style sushi and noodles as well as a selection of thin-crust pizzas.
