Larder is former Mesa & Manifesto chef/partner Steve Baker blazing his own trail. With the help of Lex Hauser, formerly of M on the Bund and Purple Onion, he's created a menu of simple, straight forward Aussie inspired cuisine. Grilled meats like flank steak Bordelaise with bone marrow crumble play prominently as do cured meats and fish. For the more adventurous eater there are helpings offal like sweat breads and black pudding. Atmosphere is cool and casual with a retro antique feel.
