Probably Shanghai’s longest-running craft cocktail bar, Senator Salon has survived almost two decades without messing with the formula. It’s a dim, wooden, and cozy cocktail lounge and the specialty is bourbon, mixed into prohibition-era drinks, plus some infusions and barrel-aged cocktails. There’s a food menu, mainly of ritzy US bar snacks. Cocktails are all around 90-110rmb. A classic Shanghai cocktail bar, they’ve got a passionate following of regulars for good reason.
