I just went here, and now read the older reviews... and sadly, many months later the service is still the same. I have mixed feelings about this place. Needs help: --poor service; took 40 minutes to get soup to us. --ordered a set menu (appetizer, soup, salad, 1 wine glass, main meal, dessert, coffee) for 180RMB. while we had a long wait for soup, the desert came at the same time as main meal-- ice cream of course (melt!) --main meal cold... and tiramisu dessert frozen. Good qualities: --one of the staff was apologetic, recognised the fault of the restaurant, did give me a discount and I think sincerely hoped we would come again and try for another experience --food was very good... lamb chops main meal was one of the best I have had. My husband also liked his fish dish. Too bad for them... I work nearby and will not bring clients to that restaurant due to poor service, but I may try them again, thanks mainly in part to the staff member.

Mediocre service and food and the pizza is not as good as before. Any Italian there and it seems chinese restaurant now. Will not go there anymore even for only a glass of water

Actually, I went to Jimix several times and it was perfect !! Everytime, the pizza is delicious and service is excellent. I really recommend you to go try it. And I find the prices reasonable : 80 for a huge pizza !! At least, the pizza is better than these f***ing Pizza Hut or Melrose Pizza...

I went to Jimix yesterday. Got one of the two pizzas we had ordered before the appetizer. We were told that the antipasto just wasn't ready yet. The appetizer then came about 3 minutes before the second pizza. There was no space on the small table, so they took back the second pizza, promising a new one. That same pizza came back 15 minutes later - cold. The place was almost empty and given they charge between RMB 68 and 118 for a pizza, they got to get their timing right. My next pizza will be at Da Marco's.

Have you ever waited for close to half an hour to get an already made tartufo (ice cream)? That was my friend and my experience at Jimix & Seve. Not to mention that they could not even get the bill right. My advice: it's ok if you really can't live without pizza and you have plenty of time on your hands, otherwise you'd better off avoid this place poor service.

Very good place for a real italian pizza, from classic to original ones. Another good and simple dish is the plate of italian cheeses, served with a rosemary white pizza, just perfect with a glass of red wine. Staff is kind and smiling and the atmosphere of the place is warm with a good design. The terrasse is nice with a cool weather and the patio pleasant anytime. Good value for money.

i completely agree with denis, really really good pizza with really good ingredians, taste fantastic. i can highly recommend you this place. also the place is really nice and quite especially now when you don't sweat anymore by sitting outside in the garden...will go there for sure once again

I just came back from Jimix & Seve, and I must tell you that you can't miss this place if you want eat a real Italian Pizza!. Also you can choose between a lot of real pizza. Congratulation also to Seve (Severino) for his job and many thanks to bring on Shanghai a real pizza! See you soon Denis
