If you sit in the middle of the tree-fringed patio and ignore your peripheral vision, Colours Bar and Restaurant at the Ruijin Guest House almost feels like Central Park. With trickling streams of water drowning out Shanghai's noise pollution, this is a lovely spot to sip a cocktail and read a book. For better or for worse, the low-volume Phil Collins/Whitney Houston marathon will transport you back to 1986. Western and Chinese dishes.
