This is the relocated version of a cocktail lounge that once resided in the Sinan Mansions. The space is scaled down—about a third of the size of the original—with menu that focus on classics and creative originals. Head barman Yao Lu likes to work with premium spirits, fresh juices and traditional liqueurs like Campari, Chartreuse and aromatized wines like vermouth and Lillet. There is also a menu of Southern US inspired dishes like whey-poached fried chicken, tasso ham and corn bread as well as fusion-y creations like French onion soup xiaolongbao.
