Fortune Cookie is an attempt to reproduce American-style Chinese in, of all places, China. They don't offer the same comprehensive menu that you'd find in your local chop suey palace back home, but most of the broad strokes are there: Orange chicken, General Tsao's beef, kung pao chicken, moo shoo pork, crab Rangoon. Order it to go, and yes, it will come in one of those iconic white cardboard cartons bearing the words "thank you come again" in that kitschy chopsticks font.
