Sun’s out, and look at that… With impeccable timing we present this year’s list of places to eat, drink and be merry outside in Shanghai. Most of the restaurants and bars on this list are new since last year’s roundup. Then there’s a couple that aren’t new but we’d never really covered or shot in the past, so we threw them in, too.
