Every weekday, Wigwam, the earthy, lay-down lounge in C-Park gives a free Americano to the first 15 people who show up to hang out or work or whatever. They've got a good soundystem and they play great music. You can bring your dog. It's not just the chillest place in C-Park, it's one of the chillest spots in the whole city. They've got wi-fi and vibes. Seems like a great place to work or "work". The only real stipulation is that it's dine-in only – you cannot get a free coffee to go.
Easily one of the best deals in the city right here. Every Monday (except holidays), all day long, massive sports bar/activities center, Cages, will give you one game coin for every 1rmb you spend. You can use these tokens to hit the batting cages or play skeeball, pinball, arcade basketball (the three-pointer game is wild), ping pong, or any of their many other games (pool works on a different system though). We've tried it, and a draft beer and a lemonade got us more than enough tokens to last a good two hours. AND, the coins stay valid for five days. Highly recommended. Separate from this, they've also got dodgeball and Russian quiz night on Monday nights.
Chicago steakhouse Morton's has always had one of the best happy hours in town (OGs know about the free-flow mini sandwiches). These days, they offer a solid list of wines, draft beers, and cocktails like martinis and barrel aged negronis for 45rmb a glass, and with every drink you get a free mini smash cheeseburger that they cook fresh. We've had them and would go back. They've also got a short list of happy hour snacks like Parmesan truffle fries, buffalo chicken goujonettes, short rib steak tacos, and more, at prices much less than you’d normally pay here (this is a place you could easily walk out of a few thousand rmb lighter). And the nice environment and great view of Lujiazui pretty much make up for the 10% service fee. Available daily from 5-8pm including weekends. Solid!

NYC-style pizza joint Homeslice has a solid deal on every Monday night at all their stores: buy any slice and any drink and get the second slice for free. Solid deal. Not valid on public holidays.
