In 2024, Lily moved to Shanghai to chase her next challenge. In Oct,2025 , she walked off stage at the ICN Natural bodybuilding competition as the overall champion in the Ms. Wellness category. It's the kind of victory that looks glamorous in photos — glittering bikini, spotlight, medals — but behind it is years of studying anatomy, biomechanics, and the human mind.
"I don't just train bodies," she says. "I help people rebuild trust in their bodies."
At BC360 (Lifit & Wellness) in Xuhui, Lily blends her background in sports medicine with a coaching style that's both precise and personal. She's certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) — credentials that translate to this: she knows exactly how to get you from pain to progress, safely and effectively.
