Easigooutdoor's putting on a stand-up paddle surfing (SUP) training session evert Sunday through to September, on Dishui Lake in the outskirts of Shanghai. Stand-up paddle boards let you take a workout in a blissful marine environment that belies the hardcorness of how it treats your core muscles. Seriously, it's a good core workout. All you need's a bit of balance and some sunscreen and you can take part. It's 350rmb per person (they ask for a 50rmb deposit to confirm attendance), which includes access to the hotel area, insurance, full-day SUP activities, a training coach and equipment. They're organizing a coach that leaves Shanghai at 9am and heads back at 4.30pm.
