Cancellation Policy

• Between booking and 15 days prior to departure: 300 RMB
• Between 14 and 5 days prior to departure: 2000 RMB
• Between 4 and 1 day prior to departure: 50% of the price
• On departure day or no-show: 100% of the price

Refund Policy:

• If the weather is severe and poses a safety risk, or if there are government restrictions, the trip will be canceled, and the deposit will be refunded.
• The company is NOT responsible for flight cancellation fees. These must be handled directly with the airline company.
• If the permit is not approved or if there are changes in government regulations that prevent the trip from happening, the trip prepayment will be fully refunded. However, the company does not cover flight/train ticket cancellation fees.
