Yaya’s brings a special two-night collaboration to Shanghai as Head Chef Jeff from Ensue Shenzhen—ranked #85 on Asia’s 50 Best 2025—presents the cult “Staff Meal by Ensue” series for the first time in the city. Expect a cozy, family-meal vibe built around bold flavors and playful touches, with dishes like salted mackerel rice, braised beef, and taro “fries” with teh tarik mayo, “Tiger Bites Pig” bao, salted-lemon pork and crab pasta, and the indulgent “Soul-Stealing Noodles” loaded with abalone jus, char siu short rib, fried egg, and ginger-scallion. Yaya’s classics are also on the menu, alongside special bottles and wines by the glass from WineSNOB. Happening December 2–3 with two seatings each night (6–8pm and 8pm), à la carte.
