FUSÉES is a contemporary theatre and live music work by French company La Vie Brève. FUSÉES presents a small puppet theatre that becomes a vessel for imagination. Without high-tech equipment, screens, or machines, the performance relies on performers’ bodies, their presence, and a dismantled piano on stage.

The work follows a “wounded” troupe of performers, appearing with broken arms, bandaged heads, and legs in plaster. Through their movements, they bring a worn puppet theatre to life and transform it into a poetic world where images of planetary dances, storms, and shipwrecks emerge.

The performance explores the relationship between theatre, music, and imagination, creating a stage where audiences can “see everything, yet there is nothing.”
