Russian piano prodigy Elisey Mysin returns to China with a solo recital showcasing works by Mozart, Mendelssohn, and Rachmaninov. Known for his young age and advanced technique, Mysin has gained wide attention both on major concert stages and online.

Elisey Mysin is a young Russian pianist who began studying piano at the age of three and entered the finals of Russia’s Blue Bird TV competition at five. By eight, he had already appeared alongside pianist Denis Matsuev at the opening ceremony of the Moscow World Cup. Now active internationally, he has performed at venues including the Kremlin, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, and Zaryadye Hall, and has given recitals across Europe and the United States.

Currently, Mysin studies at the Moscow Central Music School under Professor Danil Tsvetkov, and since November 2023, he has also been studying at the Accademia Pianistica di Imola in Italy with Natalia Trull on a scholarship. Alongside his concert career, he has built a large following online, where his performance videos attract millions of views.

Mysin has collaborated with ensembles including the Evgeny Svetlanov State Symphony Orchestra, the State Symphony Orchestra, and the Vladimir Governor’s Symphony Orchestra. In 2020, he also appeared as an actor in the film All About My Sister, adapted from a story by M. Zoshchenko.
