Guest Bartender Night at FATHOM on 16 June offers a one-night experience where exploration extends from food to drinks. Guest bartender Sasha Bondi, with over 13 years of international experience and a spot in the Global Top 5, presents six exclusive cocktails inspired by the ocean, fermentation, and Russian heritage. Two icons of Russian craftsmanship are featured: LEGEND OF KREMLIN, originally created for state receptions, and ABRAU-DURSO, founded in 1870 by Tsar Alexander II. The six cocktails—Umamiya, Sgroppino di FATHOM, South Asian Sangria, CosmoStar!, Lazy Town, and a surprise special creation—are paired with seafood to highlight flavors of caviar, oysters, and king crab.
