KIRILLITSA in Shanghai will host a gala dinner on July 21 to mark the opening of the VI International Gastronomic Festival TAYGASTRO, which will take place outside Russia for the first time. The evening will bring together KIRILLITSA founder and chef Evgeny Vikentev with Nikolay Bobrov, brand chef of Krasnoyarsk restaurant Tunguska, and the team behind TAYGASTRO. The dinner menu will explore the flavours of Yenisei Siberia through ingredients including Siberian grayling, Taimyr venison, northern elk, black caviar, beluga, forest mushrooms, and berries.
