They claim a 1-hour delivery time, and they can deliver ingredients and instructions for cocktails, as well as cocktail making accessories. Selection is a bit smaller and prices a bit more expensive than their competitors, but for residents around Xuhui and south Jing'an, they're pretty quick to deliver. The counter-bar on Changle Lu serves up some cheap cocktails and some wines and beer.
