The sign outside reads Bistrot De Tradition but this is still Franck, except minus its namesake on the management team. Guests select from the daily board which features simple bistro fare -- homemade terrine, simple meats, fish, cote de boeuf, etc. The dishes aren't quite the same quality as they once were, but at least the prices have dipped correspondingly.
