They offer free, anonymous and confidential support on the phone for individuals in times of emotional distress or crisis. Their 10am-10pm helpline is geared towards suicide prevention, help with anxiety, improving self-esteem, and basically anything else you are having trouble with. Telephone volunteers will listen, support, and assist you in clarifying options and choices for yourself.
