FQ Projects, a contemporary gallery that supports young emerging artists, has got an exhibit called 'Dreamshake' running from July 16 to August 27, that aims to mirror a child's perspective on the world. But just this weekend, the exhibit will have its own inspired art-market, with selected independent designers, along with some talented kid-artists selling their work. There will also be food and drink available for purchase. The pop-up market will be at FQ Projects on both Saturday and Sunday, from 1pm till 8pm. Free admission.

Aerial Yoga’s been around for a few years but it can add some variation in-between weekend yoga brunches. For the next month, XS Yoga is offering an open class every Sunday from 2-3pm for 120rmb. Aerial Yoga is basically a yoga class where you hang from the ceiling on hammock-like things. It works muscles that get neglected in a typical yoga session, and apparently does wonders for the core. Open sessions at XS will end August 20.

Chinese Painting Class
Here's an art class that's being offered at Cook in Shanghai. They've got a few this weekend, including one on calligraphy. This one's a traditional Chinese painting class, where you'll learn a bit of history on the technique from a local artist, then you'll be given a brush to try it yourself. All skill levels are welcome to the class. Happening on Sunday at 10am.

Today till Sunday you can eat yourself silly at this food fest put together by lifestyle brand Woodstock of Eating and M50. Over 40 ‘urban’ food vendors to check out. There will also be art, body painting, music from live bands, local DJs, a famers market, and healthy dose of Woodstock era vibes. All weekend from 4-11pm at M50. Tickets are 60rmb at the door.
