The Spring iteration of SFW to take over Xintiandi from now till end of April. Each day has around eight shows, (from around 1pm-8pm), mostly invite-only but it's a chance for some grade-A people watching. Keep track of announcements on the Shanghai Fashion Week website.
Speaking of Fashion Week...MoCA Shanghai's hosting: Akiko Fukai (Kyoto Costume Institute, Japan), Valerie Steele (The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology, USA), and Sonnett Stanfill (Victoria and Albert Museum, UK) to discuss their past work.
