Second Chance Animal Aid (SCAA) is trying to chip away at a ¥60,000 vet bill, and they've just taken in a new case: Latte.
He was found months ago wandering a compound near Shanghai Jiaotong University—no chip, no owner, and no one willing or able to take on the medical costs. His right eye has atrophied, probably from an old, untreated injury. He needs surgery to clean and close the socket, plus a microchip, vaccines, and neutering before he's adoption-ready.
His procedures are scheduled for Thursday. The discounted invoice sits at ¥3,800, and SCAA is hoping to raise that before the surgery goes ahead. If you want to help, you can donate directly to the PAW vet clinic (add your name in the note, or stay anonymous).
