Last weekend, I had the chance to experience one of the most epic pop-up events from SYSTEM, and let me tell you—it was unreal. Held on the rooftop of DaimaruMall by The Bund, the venue was absolutely massive, and the vibes were like nothing else in Shanghai. Imagine a warehouse party mixed with a post-apocalyptic atmosphere, like we were all dancing at the end of the world. The industrial setup, with a huge bouncy castle and these giant inflatable dolls that roamed the crowd, made it feel like we were in some wild, alternate universe.
The DJ lineup was fire, and the makeshift bar was serving up drinks to keep the energy going. Plus, they had some old SYSTEM props from their previous venue, which gave everything a nostalgic touch.
And here's the best part—SYSTEM's coming back this weekend with another pop-up! This time it's pet-friendly on Friday, starting in the afternoon, and there'll even be a small market along with the music. It's a totally different vibe, and it's definitely worth checking out.
