There’s a new luxury loophole: Electra is renting out their American cruisers — cruisers so high fashion Giorgio Armani has a red one hung above his bed. Rentals are available in two Electra locations (in Pudong for 3 months, at the flagship indefinitely) and cost 20-40rmb per hour for kids and adults. You can also get one of their tandem bikes for 50rmb an hour. Can Mobike do that? Deposits range from 300-1,000rmb depending on the bike.
