Azul is serial restaurateur Eduardo Vargas's flagship, and Latin-ish casual dining restaurant with easy, stylish decor. Brunch here was one of the first decent non-hotel options in Shanghai, and its popularity is as enduring as its glacial service is excruciating. Two courses, 130rmb; three courses, 160rmb. Any dessert for 40rmb extra. Comes with a drink (cocktail, smoothie, juice) and coffee or tea. 11am-4pm.
