Interesting, if expensive, little event popping up at Y's Table. The head chef of Sushi-An, Masahiro Ogawa, takes a couple hours out of his day to teach sushi technique to the public. California rolls, Japanese omelette, and three kinds of hand-rolls are the curriculum. 500rmb per person, limited to ten spots. 3-5pm, reservations mandatory.
