The casual Bistro Latitude does four French courses, and a glass of strawberry kir, for Valentines. 498rmb per person. Specials on Duval Leroy Champagne. On the menu: traditional fisherman's soup; foie gras torchon with figs; roasted lobster with garlic-herb butter or char-grilled beef tenderloin; lavender cheesecake or homemade chocolate mousse. 6pm-midnight.
