Club Shanghai hosts a ritzy, black tie event dedicated to Old Blue Eyes: Frank Sinatra. They're rewinding the clock to a classier time with an all inclusive, five-star dinner and live music entertainment from China'a leading Sinatra tribute artist, Charlie Jie.
