Foster + Partners: the Art of Architecture marks the first major survey of the British studio's work ever to be held in China. Showcasing some 227 projects completed in 20 countries since the practice's inception in 1967, the show will explore themes surrounding infrastructure, sustainability, high-rise, urban planning, history and culture. Also on display will be current China projects, including headquarters for Citic Bank in Hangzhou, a new tower in Nanjing and the Vantone development in Shanghai.
