Morton's Steak and Seafood Grille in the IAPM has one of the best deals in town. From 5–7pm, order a special Mortini, beer, or wine for 45rmb + 10%, and get free flow mini steak sandwiches. Then, from 9–11pm, get half a dozen oysters for 150rmb (+10%). Deal is good Monday–Friday every week.
