One of Shanghai's original rock bars is back from the dead this Halloween. Harley's is bringing in three Shanghai bands: Shu Ying (solo project by former Undress For Success keyboardist), Great Bear (indie rock), and Undress For Success (dance punk / indie pop). Doors at 9pm; no cover, though they do welcome "contributions to support the local scene". Starts at 9pm.
