As part of the German Food & Wine Festival happening in July, the St. Regis's Executive Chef, Jens Heier, will be cooking a six-course dinner at the hotel's premier restaurant, Danieli's. Wines come Bremer Ratskeller, the world's largest collection of fine German wines. 988 per person, plus 15% service charge. Reservations necessary.
