Grand Brasserie is the Waldorf-Astoria's semi-buffet all day dining outlet. It features a variety of open kitchens serving gourmet Western and Chinese classics.

Wei Jing Ge is the Waldorf Astoria's Chinese option, serving regional delicacies from Shanghai, Cantonese, Sichuan and Huai Yang cuisines. The restaurant also features a wine cellar of some 500 bottles of wine, each handpicked by the resident sommelier, in addition to an extensive selection of Chinese liqueurs and spirits as well as fine teas.
