Trippy, far-out whisky bar above the Blue Frog on Laowai Jie. The 500 sq meter place claims to be the biggest whisky bar in China, and they've got 500 varieties on deck, including some super rare bottles dating back to the early 1900s. The bizarre steampunk decor includes giant scuba-diving cats suspended from the ceiling, portraits of steampunked cultural icons like Steve Jobs and Che Guevara, and themed rooms. Tacky but cool. Definitely worth a look, and the cocktails are really decent. They do live jazz on Friday at Saturday nights from 9pm as well.
